Overview of Language Training Courses

Initial Consultation

1 – Initial Consultation

At the first meeting you can fill us in on any important background information and discuss your priorities regarding the planned language training courses.

We will offer you professional advice backed up by decades of experience and present you with all of the possibilities which will allow your employees to most effectively and efficiently reach their  language goals . This advice is of course free and without obligation.
Level Test, Creation of Concept, Needs Analysis

2 – Training Concept

On the basis of the initial consultation, as well as the level tests and needs analyses (both of which are carried out in your company at a time suitable for the participants), we then create a training concept tailor-made to your company and staff. This includes the group composition, setting of targets and the type, duration and frequency of the course(s).
Grouping, Course Content Planning, Goal Setting

3 – Planning

The most important aspect of the course content planning is the choice of teaching materials. Our modular system allows for an optimum combination of system and specificity. We create a unique set of  materials  for each course, which is a combination of our standard materials, appropriate job-specific lessons and those we specially write for your company.
Business Skills, Active Langauge Training, Specialist Vocabulary

4 – Language Training

The focus of our courses is always those topics and vocabulary which are most appropriate for your staff. Communication and interaction have a central role in our language learning. By roleplaying real-life business situations participants are able to expand their range of vocabulary and phrases, and improve thier use of the grammatical structures they need to do thier job efficiently.

Trainers also integrate exercises using CDs, DVDs and Podcasts —  Blended Learning  — into their lessons to help with listening comprehension and accent recognition.
Controlling, Evaluation, Feedback

5 – Evaluation & Feedback

Members of the management team are continually checking every course to make sure that the participants are getting the best possible quality. They are given a detailed feedback form at regular intervals and are asked to  assess  both their  trainer  and the content of the course.

In addition, each group has a class speaker, who is sent an email at 3-4 month intervals asking if they and the other participants are fully satisfied. Reports sent directly to management also ensure that their employees' language learning progress (Return on Education) is fully transparent.
After Care

6 – After the Course

— As part of the package each participant receives are materials for further study. After the course has finished, they also receive our weekly email  english-mail  which contains grammar and vocabulary exercises and a joke in English. And last but not least: each partipant has continued access to our comprehensive interactive  online exercises .
