Trainers
There are very strict criteria for joining the LINGUA FRANCA team of trainers, which include both hard and soft skills.
All of our trainers are of course native speakers. They not only have at least one university degree — some of our trainers even have PhDs — but also possess an additional language teaching certificate and the necessary teaching experience.
Our trainers are able to use their teaching skills in a flexible way in order to adapt to the specific needs of their students.
When selecting our teaching staff we are also very careful to choose those candidates whose personal qualities allow them to engage and inspire in the classroom: openness, an ability to communicate, sensitivity, patience and a sense of humour. Only in this way can we guarantee that our trainers are able to effectively deal with even the most demanding participants.
